Pre-Investment Multiple-Entry Visa (Extension) (D12)

We are currently unable to assist with D12 visa extensions!

The Multiple-Entry Visa (D12) is valid for either 1 year or 2 years. During this time, you can leave/enter the country as often as you like. You can stay for 180 days per visit. If you would like to stay longer than 180 days per visit, you can extend each visit by 180 days.

Important: A personal visit to the Immigration office is required for all extensions.

Please note, you are only able to use the 180-day extension if you have a D12 visa. For the D1 or D2 visa only a 60-day extension is possible.

Do you want to extend your 180-day visit for further 180 days?

You are able to extend each visit with your D12 Multiple Entry Visa (Pre-Investment) for 180 days as long as the general visa is still valid. Ideally, the visa extension process should be started 10 days before your visa expires.

We will make sure that your data and payment arrive at immigration correctly. All you have to do is go to immigration with your passport and have your photo and fingerprints taken. You will receive the appointment at immigration from us.

Important: A personal visit to the Immigration office is required for all extensions.

Note: If you booked your initial visa not with us there might be surcharges in the extension process. We will let you know once we have checked your data. Once the visa extension process has been started, no refund is possible.

Requirements

For the multiple-entry visa extension (D12), we’ll need the following documents:

• Copy of your flight ticket or boarding pass to Indonesia
• Copy of your e-visa
• Copy of your stay permit (e-ITK)

We need these documents and additional data digitally in our application form.

Procedure

1. Purchase the visa extension on this page.
   • Please choose the location of the extension according to your accommodation address you are going to stay.
2. After checkout, you will get a link to submit the information required for Visa extension.
3. We will check you data and documents and submit them to the Immigration.
4. We make an appointment for you at the relevant Immigration office.
5. You have to go to the appointment with your passport and have your photo and fingerprints taken.
6. We complete your extension.
7. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email as soon as the extension is completed.
