The Dependent Golden Visa Indonesia allows immediate family members – spouses, children, parents, and siblings – of primary Golden Visa holders to reside in Indonesia for durations of 5 or 10 years, aligning with the validity of the principal visa.

Description

The Dependent Golden Visa Indonesia facilitates family reunification by permitting the immediate family members of foreign nationals holding a Golden Visa to live in Indonesia. This visa allows you multiple entries to Indonesia.

You can only apply for this Dependent Golden Visa if at least one of your family member(s) is the owner of a Golden Visa. The specific categories include:

• E31B – Dependent Spouse Visa: For the spouse of a foreign national with a Golden Visa. Holders of this visa are not permitted to work in Indonesia.
• E31E – Dependent Child Visa: For unmarried children under 18 years old whose parent(s) hold a Golden Visa. This visa allows the child to live and study in Indonesia but does not permit employment.
• E31H – Parent Visa: For parents of a foreign national holding a Golden Visa, facilitating their stay in Indonesia.
• E31J – Sibling Visa: For siblings of a foreign national with a Golden Visa, enabling family reunification.

Requirements

General Requirements for all the Dependent Golden Visas

• Passport Scan
  A proper scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia.
• Recent passport-sized photo
  You must face straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light coloured.
• Personal bank statement (minimum closing balance equal to USD 2000)
  Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, date, and the closing balance of USD 2000 USD or equivalent.
• Sponsor’s Golden Visa
  Copy of the primary Golden Visa held by the family member in Indonesia.
• Bank statement from Golden Visa holder
  Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, date, and the closing balance.

Specific Investment Requirements:

E31B – Dependent Spouse Visa:

• Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except those that have been written in English

E31E – Dependent Child Visa:

• Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except those that have been written in English
• Birth certificate of the child, with a sworn translation into English or Indonesian.

E31H – Parent Visa:

• Birth certificate of the child, with a sworn translation into English or Indonesian.
• Marriage certificate from the parents sworn translation into English or Indonesian.

E31J – Sibling Visa:

• Birth certificate of the sibling that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except it is written in English.
• Marriage certificate of the parents sworn translation into English or Indonesian.
• Birth certificate from the Golden Visa holder, sworn translation into English or Indonesian

Procedure

1. Add the Dependent Golden Visa Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
2. After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents. You will also get access to this form via email.
3. We will check your data and documents and get back to you via email or WhatsApp.
4. If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system.
   Information: If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.
5. We will send you your e-visa by email, with which you can enter Indonesia.
